Job Description
Are you a British or Australian expat living in Nigeria and looking for a rewarding and challenging job where you can work from home? Are you a local person with 100 % fluent English, both oral and written? We are looking for Office Administrators who can work independently from home. The ideal candidates will be highly organized, self starters, and have a positive attitude.

We have partnered with organizations that are in need of industry leading performers for part time, full time, and on call/as needed contractual employment. Must have home computer with Valid MS Operating system, your own in home high speed internet, and a quiet place to work. We require all applicants to have fluent oral and written English. Additional Fluent languages are an asset and should be documented on resume.

Requirements

  • Skilled in MS Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Multiple Web Browsers and Email platforms
  • Data Entry, Notation and accurate typing skills
  • Call center, reception experience and strong customer service background
  • Use of VPN client, Logmein, Remote Desktop connection, Voice or Video recording software
  • Knowledge of Google Apps or experience in Virtual Server storage
  • Familiar with Open Source Programming/CRM
  • Sales, Inbound and outbound Cold/Warm calling
  • Computer Terminology and familiar with multiple operating systems
  • Switchboard, softphone, skype or multi line phone systems.
  • Basic or advanced Accounting, use of different accounting programs
  • Experience with Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Contract Rates, processing subcontractor invoices and adhering to documentation guidelines
  • Marketing and Advertising experience (Internet, Email, or paper based)
  • Time Management, Punctuality, Organization, able to work well as part of a team or alone with little supervision
Conditions of Service
We will reimburse you for your monthly internet costs and USB headset and also maintain the software health and maintenance of your computer during employment. This position requires the applicant to be available during normal 9-5 type business hours in the GMT timezone.
