Our Company NBC Ltd started operations in Nigeria in 1951. Based in the
city of Lagos, we operate 13 bottling plants across the country. In
addition, we channel products through 59 warehouses and distribution
centers.

Job Details
- Ensure that the SC strategy related to Excellence across the
board is embedded in the plants with plant certification as a result.
The Job is to be seen as an entry position for future plant/logistic/sc
managers.
- Objective is to gain experience across the entire supply chain,
apply lean principles and tools, establish a tight performace management
system, act a a change agent and drive business results by establishing
a continuous improvement culture.
- Understands causes of Performance losses and implements strategies to reduce.
- Continually improve processes and innovation which improves results and lower cost
- Initiates and develops a strong management audit culture covering daily management routines.
- Gains solid understanding of plant issues through personal involvement in operational activities.
- ·Builds and re-reinforces relationships with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Production Planning, Warehouse & Logistics.
- Drives and actively participates in Process Improvement Initiatives.
- Drive excellence health & safety procedures
- Deploys training for all plant managers and operatives with
focus on Performance management, SMED, Kaizen Tea maintenance, ODP &
selected LL solutions
- Drives Implementation of Visual Performance Management at shop floor and management level.
- Deploys trainings for operators and management with focus on
Performance Management, Quick Change Over, Kaizen, Team
maintenance & selected Lean Logistics solutions like 5s, Material
flow & Pallet Management.
- Managers the conflict between demand driven management and process orientation
- Conducts credible audits for learning and participation in EAtB structures
- Drives environment through 5's
Education level
- Bsc or HND Engineering / Science or related field
- Experience needed 5
Desired candidate profile
- Bsc or HND Engineering / Science or related field Demonstrated
successful project management capabilities in a LEAN / Continuous
Improvement environment, measured through KPI metrics and results
Ability to devise Lean future states, develop strategic plans by which
they can be realized, and execute their implementation.
