  • Interact face-to face or over the phone with customers
  • Receives and transfer in-coming calls
  • Records all inquires, telephone discussion & visitors
  • Receiving customers that visit the organization
  • Ensuring the reception environment is conducive
  • Keeps registers - visitors, staff movement
  • Responding to inquiries with products and service information
  • Sorting of mails received
  • Typing, scanning and sending out emails etc
Requirements
  • Qualification: OND Certificate
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years as a receptionist/secretary
