Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Analyze the current customer base, including portfolios and Rolodexes, to identify potential sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders
- Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
- Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
- Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to customers and stakeholders
- Negotiate timelines and budgets
- Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years practical work experience in business development
- Equivalent experience in related field acceptable as well (example: five-plus years in a sales or business development environment)
- Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized
- Creatively-minded, good at thinking ‘outside the box
- Skills of persuasion
- Computer skills
- Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships
- Must be available full time.
- Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Job Title: Project Management Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process map to document needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Proven working experience in project management
- Minimum 3 years work experience with proven experience in the development of power and mining projects.
- Track records of projects delivered
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Experience with project management software tools.
Job Title: Legal, Land and Property Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- We are looking to hire an experienced Legal land and property officer with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Shall carry out due diligence to validate the authenticity of title to property EZM or its client companies intent to acquire.
- Shall review and negotiate all land acquisitions for EZM and client companies.
- Shall ensure the perfection of title of all property owned by EZM and client companies.
- Shall be responsible for registering all legal instruments and documents at the appropriate lands registries.
- Investigate and identify the appropriate land owners of host communities to determine appropriate persons to be paid annual surface rent on behalf of EZM and its client companies.
- Prompt perfection of titles, delivery vacant possession and ensuring the company occupy the assets/properties accordingly.
- Secure all lands and properties and also make appropriate recommendations.
- Shall perform any other role or task that may be assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements
- LL.B Honours.
- BL from a reputable institution
- Minimum 5 years post call experience in property/land management.
- Smart and versatile in matters relating to land.
- Conversant with land registry practices in FCT-Abuja
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
