We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: People and Culture Officer

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Blue collar workers
  • Prepare monthly reports as required.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including office management and documentation.
  • Oversee performance management processes, ensuring clear objectives and continuous development.
  • Handle employee relations, resolving issues, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • A male is strongly preferred due to role requirement
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the mining or Engineering industries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
