We are recruiting to fill the position below:       Job Title: Senior Enterprise Sales Account Manager Location: Nigeria Key Roles

  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders across all sectors of the economy to promote the company’s interests and corporate strategy;
  • Acquisition of new enterprise accounts in across various market segments;
  • Expanding business with existing enterprise accounts and business retention as a main focus;
Key Accountabilities
  • Overseeing ICT Enterprise solutions, taking overall responsibility for managing both the revenue, profit & loss (P&L) of Enterprise business.
  • Implementing Enterprise Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Conducting industry analyses and recommending strategies to enhance Company competitiveness and profitability.
  • Coordinating Network Solutions Designs and presales presentation
  • Developing strategies to monitor sales and marketing performance and KPIs for employees
  • Product evaluation, measurement and enhancement.
  • Coordinating tailor-made marketing solutions to increase competiveness and revenue
  • Driving targets in the entire team in line with yearly sales budget.
  • Coordinating product development and pricing
  • Coordinating customer service and call quality assessment
  • Championing Market intelligence, sales measurement and evaluation.
  • Providing the company with direction on sales and share (volume and value) growth.
Requirements
  • The job holder must have a Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper) in Engineering, Computer Science or IT related discipline with a minimum of 10 years’ post qualification experience preferably in Enterprise Sales and within the Telecoms Industry.
  • Possession of a Master's degree and experience in managing strategic business will be an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
  • Must have the drive and capability to meet and beat challenging targets;
  • Over 10 years of successful solution-based selling experience: VPN, Data and Voice solutions; Data Centre & Hosting, IP Camera and Surveillance solutions.
  • Possessing a Telecoms / Information Technology solution sales background will be an added advantage.
  • Strong relationship and team building skills; experience in dealing with corporate and government

  • The Telecom Billing Application Support Specialist will be part of the IT team responsible for providing quality service via incident management, operations, and general business support as required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop an expertise of Information Technology and Telecommunication enterprise applications and business processes within the areas they support to assist user base with application and problem resolution.
  • Make recommendations on provisioning methods and other operational efficiency that will aid in reducing expenses or increasing efficiency in the telecom billing and user support area.
  • Researches support requests to help customers overcome problems. Interface with vendors as well as various internal employees to quickly resolve issues.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvements, drive projects, build relationships and successfully implement changes from standard administrative actions to full-scale deployments.
  • Ability to flag and escalate potential issues in a timely manner to avoid missing target resolution timelines or project milestones.
  • Define and document business or functional requirements for ongoing system changes and enhancement. Identify business opportunities, develop and drive solutions for the opportunities.
  • Monitors site performance, investigates alerts, and escalates as appropriate. Participates in testing and scheduled releases as directed by other lead.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Science or Engineering with a minimum of 2:1 honors from a reputable university.
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL language and CRM an advantage.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of telecommunications billing systems, terms, and auditing functions preferred. Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills as well as analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously with an emphasis on quality while meeting assigned deadlines.
Experience:
  • Minimum of two years post NYSC relevant work experience required.
