Job Title: Senior Admin Manager

Job Descriptions

  • Establish and implement admin policies, procedures, and management system.
  • Lead and coach the admin team to monitor and ensure the foreign affairs, office management, like cleaning, canteen, and office layout to meet requirements.
  • Assist to work on the annual budget of administrative department, and monitor all related actual admin expenses for safe running.
  • Manage Fixed Assets and record properly and timely, ensure inventory and capex with clear documentation.
  • Play the role of Health Safety and Environment Officer (HSEO) and make sure the Group requirements can be achieved.
  • Take charge of various company activities to create sound working environment.
  • Supervise and improve the performance of outsourcing security team.
  • Establish and implement drivers and vehicle management system.
  • Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience preferably in multinational companies. More than 3 years leadership experience.
  • Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software.
  • Excellent communication skill and interpersonal.





Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Descriptions
  • Lead the HR Team to provide strategic and operational support to business units in all HR areas.
  • Work with the management team to develop departmental manpower plan, and closely monitor the plan.
  • Selection and recruitment of employment vacancies
  • Supervise the monthly payroll operations ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
  • Identify staff development needs to ensure staff developmental programs and monitor staff developmental progress.
  • Supervise and coordinate the performance of management programs, ensuring that quality reviews are completed 100% on time.
  • Plan and execute all staff communication, relation and relations programs including but not limited to team building and recreational activities.
  • Re-engineer and provide necessary coaching for the team members to ensure professionalism and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, review and implement the HR policy and procedures
  • Perform any special duties/projects as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements

Job Title: Refilling Water Sales Director

Job Descriptions
  • Manage the sales team efficiently, according to the company's requirements to make and arrange sales plan, reasonable distribution, and implementation of sales task, regular sales report and submit to General Manager.
  • Monitor the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications.
  • Lead the team to develop the distributors, maintain the relationship with distributors, follow up to visit distributors regularly, arrange visit information and feedback that the distributors needs and ideas to General Manager.
  • Organize team members to collect market information regularly, analyze market conditions, competitors and its products, feedback to the General Manager on a regular basis,
  • Train and coach the area sales managers, to develop a long-term plan for learning and training, and actively cultivate team members' sales ability and team spirit.
  • Cooperate with other sales team to conduct market activities, lead or cooperate with all departments of the company to complete the company's project work such as exhibitions, promotional activities or marketing, public relations activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience with a reputable FMCG company. Must have solid experience in managing sales team.
