Intuivar Limited - Our client, a terminal operator with the mandate to provide integrated maritime and logistics solutions to both inbound and outbound traffic for the South-South, South East and North Central markets of Nigeria. Recent organizational development and restructuring efforts has led to investments in human, equipment and terminal development. The organization needs to fill some vacancy to strategically position itself as the premier terminal operator in Africa. We are recruiting to fill the position below:       Job Title: ERP Officer Location: Calabar, Cross Rivers Job Level: Officer Type: Permanent Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage ERP engagements to identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for the company
  • Administration and support of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, System configuration) and data migration
  • Administering Microsoft SQL Server and Database; must be familiar in using Virtual Machines
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure their needs are met in any upgrades of the ERP system. Define deliverable content and develop a cohesive plan to be presented to the relevant company management to ensure buy-in of the proposed solutions
  • Testing and auditing modules, process flows and updates in Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2009 R2 (ERP) vis a vis NAV 2016
  • Drive the change management process as the organization transitions from the legacy application to the new ERP
  • Provide first level support on Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP)/IT related issues by performing dayto-day maintenance on the ERP system, installing new upgrades and testing for bugs.
  • Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides the company with proper business solutions and accurate results
  • Manage and design the mapping of all ERP tables to ensure accurate data capture that promotes prudent compliance and enables comprehensive reporting
  • Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues
  • Responsible for optimizing the ERP system for easy use, act as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation and training employees in its functions as efficiently as possible
  • Maintain clear and constant communication with the IT Manager regarding all critical IT incidents/problems and change control issues.
Qualification and Experience
  • Good HND/University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Networking related technologies or a similar field
  • Min. of 3 years relevant work experience especially on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP, Oracle, SAGE, MySQL Server etc.
  • Able to design basic reports on MS Dynamics NAV, assign user permissions and roles on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Ability to provide basic first level support for users to ensure the smooth running of the MS Dynamics NAV system
  • Strong reporting skills to be able to churn out daily/weekly report of the ERP project
  • Knowledge of Client Application Language (C/AL), is an added advantage
  • Professional qualification/certification e.g. MCSE, CCNP etc. are an added advantage
  • Working Knowledge of the port and shipping industry is an added advantage

      Job Title: HSEQ Officer Location: Calabar, Cross Rivers Job Level: Supervisory Type: Permanent Slot: 2 Openings Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide support for the development, implementation and monitoring of health, Safety, Environment and Quality management systems (HSEQ-MS) for all operations
  • Provide support for the development, implementation and monitoring of emergency response system
  • Participate and lead accident investigations
  • Applies the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code on port HSEQ operations Enforces HSEQ Policies and Procedures for compliance
  • Coordinate HSEQ in-house training activity plan
  • Assist in the implementation of approved HSEQ communication, HSEQ Emergency and HSEQ audit-inspection activities plan
  • Ensure proper HSEQ documentation and prompt HSEQ reporting
  • Embark on daily HSEQ facilities inspections; generate report and Update HSE statistics board real time.
  • Ensure adherence to waste management system, Fumigation plan, Fire extinguishers audit/inspection, timely replenishment of the First Aid boxes and generate periodic report on drug usage/dispensing in strict adherence to HSEQ SOP
  • Perform Job Hazard Analysis for all tasks and ensure proper HSEQ supervision during all vessels call and loading/discharge operations
  • Conduct periodic HSEQ research work and submit written report to the HSEQ Manager in line with the SOP
  • Tracking all HSEQ action items (open items) to close out
  • Issue Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to staff, contractors, clients and visitors based on HSEQ SOP
Qualification and Experience
  • Good HND/University Degree
  • Relevant certifications in HSE e.g. ISPON, NEBOSH, IBOSH etc.
  • Min. of 5 years relevant HSEQ work experience
  • Knowledge of International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code on port operations
  • Knowledge of state, local and federal regulatory laws/codes of practice  Knowledge of port and shipping industry is of critical advantage
