Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Locations: Lagos & Ibadan - Oyo
Job Description
- Set monthly and quarterly targets for regional sales, agreed with Senior Manager Regional & SME.
- Serve the Division’s internal customers and provide solutions to improve the customer experience
- Drive an increase in MTNN’s Net Promoter Score.
- Manage all resources assigned to regional sales efficiently, profitably meeting the agreed needs of all customers and prospects.
- Supply relevant decision support and management information data to ensure that sales regional performance conform to expectations.
- To develop and drive the Regional & SME Account sales strategy in the regions to ensure return on investments, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Support the Shareholder return strategy by developing and implementing Enterprise Solutions Processes that are aligned to achieving all elements on the business score card. (I.e. Grow Market Share, Grow ICT & Data Revenue, Increase EBITDA margins, Assure Revenue, CAPEX Returns Management and Net Subscriber Additions).
- Participate in the review of Business Processes (headcount, process optimisation, etc.), to drive efficiency gains to ensure at least 5% reduction in Divisional budget year-on-year.
- Take appropriate managerial action to ensure targets are met or exceeded when routinely monitored (sales, trend, and profitability analysis, profit margins, return on investment (ROI), market share and value).
Experience & Training
Education:
- First Degree in any related discipline
- Master's Degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
Experience:
6 - 13 years experience which includes:
- Experience in the enterprise market and sales management in the telecommunications industry
- Experience in developing key accounts as well as sourcing new business opportunities
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialisation; with experience in supervising / managing others

Job Title: Advisor, Capability Development (Supervisory)

Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end process of the MTN Education Policy
- Responsible for administration of the e-learning platform
- Develop periodic reports, provide insights and track impact of training / leadership interventions across the organization
- Manage relationships with all applicable stakeholders, both internal and external
- Manage the end-to-end integration and delivery of talent management solutions in line with Group guidelines and local in-country requirements to ensure effective management of talent within the Opco.
- Create a future ready leadership and succession plan for the organization
- Implement and manage the end-to-end organization capability, skills development and learning, ensuring the organization architecture, skills requirements (future and current) learning interventions are future looking and linked to the organization and business strategy
- Responsible for the ITF process with end-to-end oversight for compliance and reimbursement
Experience & Training
- First degree in any related discipline
Experience:

Job Title: Senior Manager, Program Support
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Collaborate with other business units in the development of business models for use in MTNN and develop measurement strategies to support ongoing strategy development and project optimization.
- Review capital programs and evaluate projects ensuring alignment with corporate direction and objectives
- Create/Utilize NID operations /program tracking system and ensure the processes for running NID operations and programs are provided efficiently, economically and are effective in accordance with defined key performance targets.
- Report on various aspects of project progress as required by NWG Management, EXCOM and the Board.
- Review formal internal audit reports and review project process compliance
- Coach and train the departmental team to ensure understanding of the objectives and goals of the department, awareness of set targets/requirements and regularly review their training needs
- Responsible for the implementation of a process blueprint for NID by developing, implementing and embedding process architecture and systems that drive and support the achievement of business strategy and objectives.
- Responsible for process definition, evaluation and enhancement within CPG operations as well as collaborating with other departments where departmental process interactions occur.

Job Title: Manager External Relations (Public Relations)
Loaction: Nigeria
Job Description
- Drive strategy that would ensure MTN has influence and commands respect in the traditional media and among personalities and institutions useful to MTN;
- Developing viable platforms to harness advocates and promote the MTN point of view;
- Identify & exploit initiatives, causes, situations, facts that elicit empathy and understanding of the MTN point of view;
- Build goodwill for MTN through leveraging strategic sponsorships and other PR deployments;
- Organize high quality events at maximum value extraction which perpetuate a positive perception of MTN.
- To develop and maintain third party advocacy relationships for MTNN.
- Implementation of media relations’ strategy.
- Develop and maintain corporate events/protocol strategy
- Developing and deploying content & strategies that shape perception of MTN in line with business objectives;
- Developing issues management strategies and ensuring that the MTN perspective gains acceptance in the media/public spaces;
