highly qualified professionals for the below position:
Job Title: Group Head (Internal Audit)
Location: Head Office, Lagos
Reports To: Board of Directors, Group Managing Director (GMD)
Job Purpose
- To promote accountability, transparency and reduce the risks
associated with business operations by ensuring strict compliance with
business control policies and operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops internal audit and control strategies, policies and
procedures to enhance discipline and transparency in the business
operations.
- Prepares annual internal audit plans and programmes indicating
scope, approach, and resources requirements for each financial year for
approval by the Board of Directors.
- Coordinates the conduct of regular audit of operational activities to ensure compliance with the control policies of the group.
- Coordinates the execution of the approved audit plan including
any special tasks or projects requested by Executive management and the
Board of Directors.
- Develops and updates the internal audit operating procedures manual.
- Liaises with all Business Units to ensure successful implementation of audit plans
- Coordinates the execution of special audits or investigations on
any significant breach of the Group's code of business conduct and
suspected fraud cases as requested by Executive management or the Board
of Directors.
- Presents the results of the audit investigation and the
implementation timetable of the audit recommendations to Executive
management and the Board of Directors.
- Monitors the effectiveness of established business control
policies, processes, and procedures and communicates identified
weaknesses to Executive management with appropriate improvement
solutions.
- Serves as the key contact with External auditors, and ensures the efficient and effective annual process of external audit.
- Ensures the implementation of recommendations form the External auditors with approval form the board of Directors.
- Provides technical inputs and guidance to the Board of Directors
during annual evaluation of the effectiveness of the external auditor.

Accountants (ACCA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or
its equivalent.
- 10 years post-graduation experience in internal control/ audit
function of a similar organisation, with a minimum of 5 years in at
management level.
Job Title: Production Manager (Vegefresh)
Location: Lagos
Division/Department: Group
Job Purpose
- To ensure the efficient utilisation of machinery, manpower &
materials in line with established production goals, objectives and
targets.
Reporting Relationships:
Reports to - COO of Vegefresh
Key Responsibilities
- Draws up and implements a production schedule to maximize efficiency of operations and reduce cost.
- Plans and schedules production activities and supervises the production process.
- Implements manufacturing strategies and action plans.
- Selects and maintains equipment s, supervises product standards and enforces quality programs.
- Supervises production workers and reviews the work performance of subordinates.
- Coordinates and implement standard operating procedure for all production
- operations.
- Ensures safety standards are being maintained and that workers are abiding by workplace safety rules.
- Supervises quality standards and enforcing quality control programs
- Develops long term and short term plans for increasing production capacity and decreasing costs.
- Consults with Procurement department to ensure availability of raw materials for production.
- Identifies training needs and liaises with Human Resource Department to provide relevant trainings to improve staff performance.

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (Origin Group)
Location: Head Office, Lagos
Job Purpose
- To provide leadership and direction for all business operations
in Origin Group, and to facilitate the achievement of established
financial and business targets.
Reporting Relationships
Reports To: Director, Group Subsidiaries
Key Responsibilities
- Discusses the approved business strategies and budgets with the
management team and maps out plans for each unit that would ensure the
achievement of business targets.
- Plans and directs the activities of Origin Group to achieve stated goals and standards for financial and business performance.
- Initiates and implements business development strategies and plans to ensure that products remain competitive in the market.
- Oversees the production process, draws up a production schedule, and ensures that the production process is cost effective
- Creates and manages contacts and relationships with key industry players and stakeholders.
- Reviews quotations from vendors and selects appropriate vendors for prompt delivery of services.
- Monitors the production process and product standards, and implements quality-control programmes.
- Ensures compliance with all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, work instructions in the production process.
- Reviews and reports regularly to the Director, Group
Subsidiaries on the performance of products, achieved business goals,
and future development plans of Origin Group.
- Facilitates the resolution of high-priority issues between departments.

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Assess competence of Operators to set up, operate and changeover equipment.
- Provide Operator training as necessary.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled during the shift to required standard.
- Conduct continuous machine observation and measurement during
the shift,identifying potential failure or deterioration in output,
waste or quality performance from machine standards.
- Determine cause of potential failure or performance deterioration, and complete remedial work during shift..
- Assessing need of spare parts.
- Undertake effective planning and prioritisation of workload wherever necessary.
- Ensure that resources are used to optimum effect.
- Understand and operate in line with relevant legislation, Company policy and Company
- procedures.

Job Title: Plant Engineer
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Maintenance Technicians to minimize downtime and increase efficiencies throughout the plant.
- Maintain the spare parts inventory to ensure that there are no production interruptions as a result of equipment failure.
- Focus on process improvements to facilitate existing equipment
running at its maximum potential; recommend new equipment to increase
line efficiency.
- Maintain the building and grounds to provide a professional grade working environment.
- Ensure the safe and effective introduction of new equipment, capital expenditure and process improvement technologies.
- Prepare and manage engineering budgets, forecasts and plans.
- Ensure Health & Safety and Environmental standards and
targets are met and maintained within defined company procedures and
legislative requirements.
- Identify areas for engineering and financial improvement and
enable their inception whilst maintaining an appropriate level of
availability and reliability of equipment.
