  • They are looking for a UI Designer's to drive product design from end-to-end to create distinctive digital solutions for customers and employees.
  • The Designer would also be working within cross-functional Agile product teams and seek to create elegant user experience to create business impact.

Job Title: Content/Copy Writer Location: Lagos Job Description The Role:
  • A multi-skilled copywriter with good all-round writing and creative expertise. Capable to identify and then deal with all contexts and then translate them into crisp, compelling, creative and informative copy
Key Responsibilities
  • Produce copy for ATL advertising on mass media e.g. TV, cinema, interactive media, posters and radio scripts
  • Produce copy for BTL on direct means of communication e.g. brochures, leaflets, press adverts and direct mail
  • Work closely alongside creative and media agencies to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Keep up-to-date on SEO best practices and implement into content

  • Shaping and delivering an overarching marketing and digital customer acquisition strategy for the unit, whilst analyzing and reporting on all marketing activity, using insights to drive decisions
  • Work closely with the commercial and development teams to ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience is delivered across all marketing channels including offline platforms, social community etc.

Qualifications

Experience:
  • 7+ years' experience in consumer marketing with at least 4+ years specifically in digital marketing in e-commerce, telecoms, retail banking, digital marketing agency or related industries where core KPI is digital customer acquisition
  • Experience working in an e-commerce/telecoms environment with transactional websites strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies:
  • Deep expertise across all areas of digital acquisition marketing including PPC, SEO, Social, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and funnel optimization
  • Strong analytical and research skills are essential alongside team management skills and experience of project/program management and relationship management including managing suppliers and third party partners
  • Experience of working in an e-commerce/telecoms environment with transactional websites strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with internal stakeholders and manage external agency relationships
  • Depth of knowledge around broader marketing and brand communication will be required

Job Title: Head of Commercial Location: Lagos Job Description The Role:
  • As a corporate officer position, the CCO will report directly to the Head of the digital bank. He/she will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through digital marketing, digital salesforce team and customer experience management
  • Lead strategic planning that will enable the digital unit to achieve its long-term customer acquisition and retention objectives, while achieving the maximum value from the customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Setting and achieving of the commercial strategic objectives of the digital unit
  • Drive the achievement of customer acquisition and deposit targets.
  • Provide oversight for brand marketing and acquisition, customer experience and digital products
  • Responsible for developing the pricing and positioning of the unit’s products

  • An expert in Agile software development methodologies and processes including CI, CD, TDD and automation
  • Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management.
  • Proven leadership ability, including the skill to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Wide experience and understanding of architecture in terms of solutions, data and integration.
