Job Title: Head of Products & Agile Coach
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- They are looking for Head of Products & Agile Coach who
would be involved in partnering with the Chief development officer and
digital leadership team to develop effective product strategies, visions
and execution plans with a mission to shape and deliver digital
products that transform customer experiences.
Requirements
Typical skills, and background of the ideal candidate:
- Deep experience in digital product development and marketing ideally in an e-commerce and/or digital travel environment
- Demonstrates thought leadership and is able to influence at all levels in the organization
- Must have a well-rounded user-centered product portfolio that spans retail banking, e-commerce and telecoms

Job Title: UI Designer

Job Description
- They are looking for a UI Designer's to drive product design
from end-to-end to create distinctive digital solutions for customers
and employees.

Requirements

- Strong experience in software design and development
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent area

Job Title: Content/Copy Writer

Job Description
The Role:
- A multi-skilled copywriter with good all-round writing and
creative expertise. Capable to identify and then deal with all contexts
and then translate them into crisp, compelling, creative and
informative copy
Key Responsibilities
- Produce copy for ATL advertising on mass media e.g. TV, cinema, interactive media, posters and radio scripts
- Produce copy for BTL on direct means of communication e.g. brochures, leaflets, press adverts and direct mail
- Work closely alongside creative and media agencies to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Keep up-to-date on SEO best practices and implement into content
- Act as a source of Content Marketing subject matter expert for the internal team

Qualifications

The Role
- Shaping and delivering an overarching marketing and digital
customer acquisition strategy for the unit, whilst analyzing and
reporting on all marketing activity, using insights to drive decisions
- Work closely with the commercial and development teams to ensure
a consistent brand message and customer experience is delivered across
all marketing channels including offline platforms, social community
etc.
- Develop the units brand presence through targeted digital
marketing campaigns, optimized content and high performing channels
using innovative thinking and influencing skills
Key Responsibilities
- Customer acquisition through advanced digital marketing
- Build innovative digital marketing strategies and driving these strategies through to delivery in line with marketing budgets
- Utilize advanced web and mobile analytics to optimize budgets and marketing ROI

- Lead marketing in the digital space, working with several

Qualifications
- B.Sc/ BA from a reputable institution

Experience:
- 7+ years' experience in consumer marketing with at least 4+
years specifically in digital marketing in e-commerce, telecoms, retail
banking, digital marketing agency or related industries where core KPI
is digital customer acquisition
- Experience working in an e-commerce/telecoms environment with transactional websites strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep expertise across all areas of digital acquisition marketing
including PPC, SEO, Social, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and
funnel optimization
- Strong analytical and research skills are essential alongside
team management skills and experience of project/program management and
relationship management including managing suppliers and third party
partners
- Experience of working in an e-commerce/telecoms environment with transactional websites strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with internal stakeholders and manage external agency relationships
- Depth of knowledge around broader marketing and brand communication will be required

The Role:
- As a corporate officer position, the CCO will report directly to
the Head of the digital bank. He/she will be responsible for driving
customer acquisition and retention through digital marketing, digital
salesforce team and customer experience management
- Lead strategic planning that will enable the digital unit to
achieve its long-term customer acquisition and retention objectives,
while achieving the maximum value from the customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting and achieving of the commercial strategic objectives of the digital unit
- Drive the achievement of customer acquisition and deposit targets.
- Provide oversight for brand marketing and acquisition, customer experience and digital products
- Responsible for developing the pricing and positioning of the unit’s products
- Customer lifecycle management and using advanced analytics to drive value from customers
- Participate in the preparation of the business plans for the unit
- Responsible for the implementation of preventive actions to assure the compliance with the budget
- Responsible for creating and delivering the short and long term
marketing and customer acquisition plans including but not limited to

- Retail banking experience would be a plus
- Strong strategic marketing, digital customer acquisition, field sales, lifecycle management and business development skills.

- 10+ years in engineering and technology roles working with product development teams, delivering and building digital products.
- Experience in a senior role while remaining hands-on
- An expert in product development using Microsoft technologies,
with deep understanding of IIS, Web Services, Xamarin, C#, Active
Directory Services, Azure services, Visual Studio, Team services,
Sharepoint etc.
- An expert in Agile software development methodologies and processes including CI, CD, TDD and automation
- Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management.
- Proven leadership ability, including the skill to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Wide experience and understanding of architecture in terms of solutions, data and integration.
- A track record of hiring, on boarding, and developing engineering and product teams.
