Job Description

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for planning and scheduling the materials required for the product line to execute the business.
- You translate the sales demand in to physical orders and ensures they are delivered to meet the customer requirements.
- Also, managing the planning and delivery team including employee training, development and career progression.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing new process and processing improvement for asset and inventory management, drive process digitization
- Monitoring of safety stock, global and aging inventory, working with regions, and manufacturing plants to address accordingly
- Managing communication between the Product Line/ Sales/Service Delivery with respect to order date
- Ensuring planning and delivery processes are being implemented correctly and aligned to the Center Of Excellence governance
- Working with the region Sales and Service Delivery to prioritize deliver dates as needed (push outs, pull ins)
- Working with the region sales and operations to create the regional forecast (12-18 months) and global forecast.
- Being the champion of the group for other digital projects within the enterprise, for best practices.
- Driving the development and digitization of the S&OP process
- Analysing incoming demand, identifying order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory
- Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements whilst minimizing inventory and shipping costs
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have successful completed Bachelor studies in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Have at least 7 years working experience in a similar role
- Have deep analytical skills, able to process large sets of data, interpret and enable decision making for executive management
- Be able to work with and influence stakeholders, able to deal effectively with uncertainty
- Be a strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
- Have driving change, ability to lead without formal power. Coach and mentor colleagues in remote locations or in different teams
- Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management
