Job Title: General Manager (Administration/ Management)
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- The Successful Candidate will report directly to the Managing
Director and will over-see the Groups administrative and business
function and also ensure effective management communication and
facilitate Corporate Communications, of which will also involve
developing and implementing Communication Strategies, aimed positioning
the Group of Companies in strategic positions, where they have business
opportunities.
- The right Candidate will also will also over-sea the
Comprehensive restructuring and Communication Strategies that will
convey the Groups external and internal messages to their chosen
business sectors.
- There will also be development of Performance standards and KPI
for every staff of the group, in line with the Groups high level
expectations.
Qualifications Required
- B.Sc in Chemical, Petroleum or Electrical Engineering and also MBA in Business Administration or Management.
Experience/Age:
- The right candidate must have minimum seven to fifteen years or
more at top Management level of Similar Business operations or in the
Public Sector Parastals.
Skills Required:
- The chosen candidate must have a high drive in restructuring and
transformation and also result orientated in businesses that are used
to assessing managers based on KPI and results.
- He or She must also the drive, ambition and energy to seek new businesses that will transcend what the group is doing.
- The chosen Candidate must have innovative and creative Skills
that will be able to align with the Chief Executives creative and
innovative mind and must believe in the moral and integrity standards
that are set by the board and adhere to them without any compromise.

Job Title: General Manager (Energy/ Utility Sector Operations)
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will be under his broad supervision.
- The right candidate will be coordinating and operating activities in the energy section of the Group.
- He or she will be interfacing with both the public and private
sector clients of the Company, including developing new business ideas
for clients and proposals for new projects and ideas.
- As an energy contacting Company under restructuring, we are
keying into the Powering Africa Programme and we will be doing a great
deal of E.P.C Contracting and an unequivocal knowledge of EPC
Contracting, electrical operation equipments are added advantage.
Skills Required:
- The candidate must have business operation engineering and
administration related experience, with ability to conduct
administrative roles within the energy sector business.
- The Successful Candidate must also have extensive experience
within the Energy sector (OIL&GAS) industry and also with an added
experience as at the Executive Level.
- The right Candidate must be methodical in his or her approach
with a multi- talented back-ground, with an exceptional leadership
ability and talent in managing and nurturing young talents into
maturity.
- He or She must also be able to demonstrate a progressive track
record of success within their career and also a sound commercial
business understanding. Other useful experience in IT, Legal and
Accounting are also an added advantage.

Qualifications Required
- B.Sc. Electrical / Chemical, Petroleum Engineering and M.Sc. in
the same field or an MBA from a reputable Business School, also an
experience in an Energy Procurement and Contracting (E.P.C) Contracting
firm will be an added advantage.
Salary/Remunerations
Salary and remuneration will be based on class of the chosen candidate,
performance and negotiation but it will be an attractive package in
accordance with such high positions.
