Pan African Towers Limited is a telecommunications infrastructure and wireless service facilitator. We made our debut on the African continent, starting with initial business operations in Nigeria, in 2017; we will soon have operations in Ghana, and Liberia. We now have close to a thousand towers and operate in every city in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Manager, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefit

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities
Compensation Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a competitive salary structure, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards.
  • Manage salary review processes, including merit increases, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement incentive and bonus programs aligned with company goals.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on compensation and benefits trends, costs, and budget impacts for senior leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employee compensation and benefits data in HR systems

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage the company’s benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, insurance, etc.), ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs.
  • Evaluate existing benefits packages and recommend improvements based on employee feedback and market trends.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and claims resolution.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits and compensation queries.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Organize and promote employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Work with department heads to improve internal communication and collaboration across teams
  • Design and implement programs that improve employee morale, motivation, and retention.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on compensation, benefits and employee engagement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, market benchmarking, and benefits administration.
  • Experience with employee engagement strategies and programs, including survey management and recognition initiatives.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of compensation analysis and benefits design.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

Salary
N750,000 - N1,000,000 / month.
