Job Title: Maintenance Operations Engineer
Location: Ikotun, Lagos

Job Description

• We're looking for a talented Maintenance Operations Engineer to optimize maintenance processes, improve equipment reliability, and reduce downtime.
• The successful candidate will have a strong maintenance engineering background, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures.
• Analyze equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and total productive maintenance (TPM) principles.
• Manage maintenance records and documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes.
