Job Title: Sales Analyst

Job Description
- Prepares sales forecasts and collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals.
- Researches and evaluates current economic conditions that may
affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in
the marketplace.
- Assists in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team.
- Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
Job Title: Business Development/Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Role
- Sales and Business Development
- Work closely with the GM to develop sales targets.
- Work closely with other departments and managers to design and
execute strategies and sales promotions built around developing new
business.
- Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to
keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new
business, and to market Strada's/BMC end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to driving peak performance and sales success across the Company
- Devise key client / CRM strategies across the Company, to drive repeat sales and customer loyalty

Job Descriptions
- Planning and development of aggressive marketing strategies for
the category, with a view to ensure brand positioning, market
penetration and increase in market share.
- Drive the marketing plans for the various categories of business
in conjunction with sales to grow Value and volume of transactions.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing platforms and processes
