We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Locum Pharmacist

Location: Okota, Lagos

Responsibilities
As a Locum Pharmacist:

• Inventory Handling (Out-of-stock compilation, etc.).
• Offering advice to patients on their disease condition, the symptoms, the pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches to managing the condition.
• Processing prescription and dispensing medication.
• Drug evaluation and monitoring of medication outcome (Patient documentation and follow up)
• Pharmacovigilance; Discovering and reporting Drug Therapy Problems to the appropriate bodies.

Work Schedule

• Mondays to Fridays: Afternoon Shift (3:30pm to 9:30pm).
• Saturdays: Afternoon Shift (4:00 to 9:30pm).
• Sundays: Alternate Sundays (3:00pm to 8:00pm).
