Job Title: Field Force Effectiveness Manager

Job Details

  • Collecting and analysing customer data to guide business decisions.
  • Oversee all aspects of a company’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to enhance the overall customer experience and to ensure the system works seamlessly for all aspects of the company.
  • Provide detailed regular reports to the sales and marketing teams, using the m-sales data.
  • Assess the data quality within the m-sales system and work on data cleansing when required.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of m-sales strategies and implement necessary changes.
  • Serve as the first point of call for any m-sales-related challenges for the field staff.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and report on KPIs.
  • Acting as a liaison between the IT and the field team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns.
  • Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy.
  • Train and guide BDEs, KAMs, TCMs, and RMs to use the m-sales and web-sales systems effectively.

Qualifications for the role 

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree is an advantage.
  • 5-7 Years of Relevant Experience implementing and managing CRM systems, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Pharmaceutical Industry Experience is Highly Valued: Several years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry—knowledge of relevant healthcare professionals (HCPs), and their channels.

Skills:

  • CRM Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM software and systems, such as Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical and data visualization skills using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. Able to analyze data and generate insights to improve customer relationships and business strategies.
  • Customer-focused: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Leadership & Management: Ability to lead and mentor team members, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate others.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
