Job Title: Legal Secretary

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Documentation: Prepare and format legal documents and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Maintain strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective information flow.
  • Minute-Taking: Demonstrate strong minute-taking skills during meetings, hearings, and discussions.

Requirements

  • B.A. Hons. or B.Sc. from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
