Job Title: Cashier

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Descriptions

  • Respond to customers’ requests/orders.
  • Provide customers with price information.
  • Process all credit transaction and tender receipt.
  • Ensure that proper food safety guidelines are followed.
  • Check stock levels and inform storekeepers.
  • Create and maintain effective liaison with vendors to obtain timely and accurate deliveries.

Job Title: Account Clerk

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree, HND or OND qualification
  • Must have 0-2 years work experience
  • The Successful candidate must be IT proficient especially in the use of Microsoft packages.
  • Detailed, analytical and brisk in judgment.
  • He / She must have a basic knowledge of stores and inventory management
  • Must process daily financial transactions liike invoice processing, Issue of waybill and delivery notes, general bookkeeping, tracking of business expenses and reporting any discrepancies
  • Must be honest and trustworthy.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Must be residing or willing to relocate to Ibadan, Oyo State.
  • Customer satisfaction oriented.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Title: Internal Control Audit Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Descriptions

  • Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved
  • Develops initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Programme and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Manages day-to-day operation of the program
  • Collaborative with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution. Consults with the corporate attorney as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues.
  • Provides report on daily basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Corporate Compliance Committee of the board and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
  • Works with the Human Resources Department, Accounts, Sales and Admin to develop an effective compliance training programme, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers and more.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must have 3-7 years work experience.
  • Recognized professional qualification in accounting or internal auditing of either ICAN, ACA or ACCA.
  • Strong level of IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to think analytically, apply attention to detail, and demonstrate sound judgment.
