We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Africa RAFM Subject Matter Expert Location: Nigeria Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and committed, Revenue Assurance/Fraud Management Subject Matter Expert (RAFM SME) to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • The RAFM SME will provide functional and technical expertise on RAFM related projects for Mobius customers in Africa.
Job Responsibilities
  • Primary onsite liaison to customers in French and English speaking Africa
  • Provide expertise on Fraud Types and their detection methods
  • Provide demonstrations and training of the Mobius RAFM solutions to prospects and customers
  • Produce monthly ROI reporting for assigned customers
  • Contribute to retaining high standard of customer satisfaction by being responsive to customer facing teams
  • Perform Quality Assurance testing on company products
  • Participate in pre-sales activities by supporting Sales Director on sales calls, as needed
  • Provide customer support utilizing product and fraud expertise during product launches and contract period
  • Active contributor to the team and during Sales / Ops Team meetings
  • Identify opportunities for improved customer experience
  • Perform analysis on detection results to identify fraud patterns to increase detections and / or reduce false positives
  • Work closely with U.S. office, Singapore and Dubai offices along with international customers, regularly communicating in English on calls and online.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field i.e. Accounting, Finance, etc.
  • 5 years of progressive RAFM experience
  • Experience identifying international toll bypass and other forms of telecom fraud.
  • Demonstrated MS Office and Access Database Skills
  • Strong English skills (oral and written)
  • Desire to meaningfully contribute to the growth of a growing company by exhibiting professional responsibility and flexibility under work pressure.
  • Strong experience with and knowledge of telecom billing systems and related technologies and accounting principles.
  • Ability to identify pattern relationships through data analysis to identify usage and subscription fraud
  • Strong ability and desire to work with remote teams across multiple countries, time zones and cultures.
Nice to Have:
  • IT related experience in Fraud Management and/or Revenue Assurance systems
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years
  • Languages: English and French
  • Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
  • Travel Required: 50-60% (Africa)
