Job Title: Office Director

Job Profile
- Plan and coordinate the office affairs/system and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Manage schedules and deadlines,
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary efficiency.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g. electricians).
- Organize and supervise other office activities and the secretarial staff.
Requirements
General Qualification Required:
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Membership of the institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators will be an advantage.
Experience/Competency Required:
- Minimum of 15 years cognate experience - Post professional qualification.
- Male/ Female, minimum of 40 years of age.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in office Organization and optimization techniques,
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description
- Implement sales and marketing strategy and scheme
- Build good relationship with new and existing clients
- Build and develop clients to deliver set targets.
- Maintains excellent relationships with Clients and other stakeholders to obtain all necessary information as may be required, to facilitate the successful conduct of business.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
- Ensure clients are well equipped with sales materials and technical training.
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best meet their requirement with all technical details
- Providing after-sales support services for Customers
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Expand ARIT Clientele base by securing positive deals with new clients.

- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
- Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
- Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.

Job Description
- Initialise Business analysis of the project
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
