Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Job Summary
- The Sales & Marketing Manager will be in charge of business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.
- Setting and monitoring sales and marketing KPI’s to deliver company objectives.
- Working with sales executives on strategies to build the business.
- Analyzing the business and recommending the best ways to drive sales
- Training the sales team on selling skills and fundamentals.
- Ensuring the sales team are sharing market and competitive data to aid the company decision-making process
- Generates sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets and opportunities.
- Day to day management of the Marketing team and ensuring they are executing plans, achieving KPIs to deliver company objectives
- Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the company’s marketing strategy.
- Managing the company’s social media accounts and relevant content.
- Developing and implementing the company’s sales and marketing strategies and ensuring that all executions on the product, pricing, promotions, mix, equity, digital, advertising best practices are in line with identified strategies
Job Requirements
In this position, you need to have:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Economics or other related fields
- Minimum Four (4) years’ experience working in Sales and marketing experience gained from a similar organization or within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated and proven sales result.
Job Title: IT/Digital Manager
Location: Island, Lagos
Job Summary
- The IT/Digital Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing both the IT policy and overall digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the Company
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
- Running regular checks on a network and data security
- Identifying and implementing relevant software required for the business across functions as well as acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
- Managing and reporting on the allocation of IT budget
- Designing IT related training programs and workshops for staff
- Work with project management team on improvements of digital systems

Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Island, Lagos
Job Summary
- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates all administrative sales activities on a day to day basis in collaboration with the Sales managers/supervisors
- Enables the sales team as well as other functional teams to perform their duties with Passion, Integrity and the highest levels of Professionalism
- Plans develop and implement the strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, counseling, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, employment contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issue resolution
