Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Jabi - Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Candidate will be assisting the Managing Director in all capacity like the running of the office especially on the duties required from the Manging Director"s office.
  • The Managing director will be delegate some of his task and its expected of the candidate to carry it out well.
  • The Candidate is expected to carry out some of the duties outside the office majorly in some of their Construction sites

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of the B.Sc or HND
  • 3-5 years work experience.
  • Must have worked as a personal assistant in previous job especially in an Assistant to an Exceutive Manager
  • Must be very smart and Hard working
  • Must be a very good listenerand must be able to intrepret instructions/job delegated optimally
  • Must be very good with computer
  • Must have Excellent Communication skill
  • Must be a fast learner and can handle the office daily runnings very well

Job Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm

Salary
N65,000 / month.
