Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales and marketing team and performance
  • Responsible for the country sales chain and KPIs
  • Interviewing and building your local team
  • Driving, coaching, performance managing and motivating your team
  • Achieve country and personal growth and sales targets
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Account manage our very biggest clients, develop and grow them
  • Give market feedback about company’ product & services for Business solutions and improvements
  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies
  • Present country sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Design and implement a country strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Provide timely feedback to line manager about performance, channel integration status planned,
  • Pay attention to the payment industry regulatory policies, competitors and partners,
  • Research and analyze the opportunity points for the improvement of the payment network, and promote the construction of a more competitive payment network,
  • Manages coordination in the rolling out of new services to target partners/customers,
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provides feasible solutions to satisfy partners/customers' needs,
  • Leverage on extensive partners/customers support experience to provide feedback to teams on how to improve Company services.
  • Monitoring and managing the organization’s bank relationships and liquidity management
  • Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management
  • Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements (if applicable)
  • Daily cash management
  • Debt facilities management
  • Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
  • Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies
  • Supporting the month-end process where necessary

Educational Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum of BSc, from a reputable university (Preferable in marketing, banking, and finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related fields)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional certificates added advantage
  • Good team player with coaching and mentoring skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Commercial Bank and or a Microfinance Bank sales and marketing leadership and supervisor role.

 

 

Job Title: Bike Rider

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles and Responsibility

  • Receive orders from Admin and dispatch orders to Customers.
  • Maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
  • Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address and notification of Item Delivery.
  • Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
  • Must have an internet - Android or IOS - enabled phone
  • Riders must be familiar with Lagos Route
  • Sign for the package on at collection point and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries
  • Maintain daily and accurate collection, remittances and reconciliation of cash from retail outlets to the supervisor
  • Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools (Motorcycle, Sales Application etc)
  • Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
  • Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Educational Skills and Requirements

  • A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate
  • 1 year proven experience as a dispatch rider or relevant position.
  • Familiarity with relevant routes.
  • Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
  • Ability to communicate read and write
  • Must reside in Lagos Mainland (Ikorodu).

Skills:

  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
  • Polite and able to get along with people.
  • Ability to meet set target.

Salary
N30,000 monthly.

 

 

Job Title: Driver

Location: Isawo / Agbede Ikorodu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles and Responsibility

  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
  • Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
  • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
  • Ensure the car is clean and comfortable for users
  • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
  • Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
  • Ensures safety is always taken into consideration.
  • Ensures car is always in good condition and well maintained.
  • Ensures that all occupant(s) in the vehicle obey all set safety rules and regulations.

Educational Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Driver
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Must reside in Isawo/Agbede or its environs
  • A clean driving record
  • Familiarity with GPS devices
  • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
  • Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
  • A polite and professional disposition
  • 3 - 5 years experience.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
  • Minimum of HND
