  • Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  Job Title: Graphic Designer and SEO Analyst/Coordinator Location: Lagos Job Description/Weekly Responsibilities
  • Create images and logos
  • Writing web content - including product, partner and corporate information.
  • Email campaign design, email blasts and other marketing promotional materials
  • Develops advertising blasts, email campaign and marketing materials
  • Conduct Internet Marketing and Digital Marketing
  • Conduct SEO - on page and off page optimization
  • Support the Websites - www.nigeriatrainingnetwork.com and www.nigeriatrainingcourses.com
Qualifications Candidates must have:
  • 2 years experience with web content for software or technology products companies
  • 2 years experience with web design tools including Cold fusion MX, Dreamweaver MX, Acrobat 5.
  • 2 years experience with SEO and Internet Marketing.
  • 2 years experience with Social Media Networking - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram promotions
  • Experience with content management systems and web traffic programs
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written are required
Skills Set:
  • Solid experience with graphic design, Flash images, banners and logos
  • MacroMedia Flash 8, Acrobat 5, Flash MX and Photoshop with Image Ready
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator,
  • Creative, strong design and layout skills, good sense of color
  • Social Media Marketing - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram promotions
  • Writing web content - on blog, forum, chat.

  Job Title: NTN Sales and Marketing Coordinator Location: Lagos Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Accountable for coordination of training courses.
  • Provides and maintains scheduling, coordination of training course schedule
  • Research, gather information, summarize and assist with training delivery.
  • Marketing and Engagement of New students and Client.
  • Responsible for scope, schedule, budget, communication and issue management.
  • Manage Client and student Accounts as assigned and in line with the terms
  • Manages Training Projects including planning, development, and execution of training.
  • Promote training events on social media platform
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in training coordination
  • Minimum of 2 yrs experience in Business Analysis.
  • Minimum of 2 yrs experience in Technology and Internet Marketing
  • Possesses good communication skills and solid interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in tracking and documenting training program/project deliverables.
  • Must have good Technology Skills.
