Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Ref: QS/2015/04
Location: Port Harcourt
Responsibilities
- Preparing Bill of Quantities for projects
- Preparing estimates for projects Technical/Commercial Evaluation of bids
- Prepare projects reports.
Qualification and Experiences
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 5-7 years relevant work experience, preferably in construction firm.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies such as the NIQS, etc.
- Must be knowledgeable in Basic and relevant Computer applications.
- A Masters degree in relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
Job Title: Supervisor, Civil Engineering
Ref No: SCE/2015/02
Location: Port Harcourt
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, evaluating and negotiating contracts.
- Supervise and coordinate civil works.
- Assist in supervising infrastructure and engineering /construction projects
- Supervision of contractors’ compliance to standards, specification and drawings.
- Report non-compliance to specification and standards.
- Evaluation and assessment of work.
- Prepare project reports for Management.
Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management with at least 2 class lower.
- Minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience obtained from reputable construction firms.
- A combination of training, education and experience in procedure and projects management practices.
- Professional affiliation with a recognized professional engineering body including the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE)
- Registration with the council for the regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)
- Must be knowledgeable in CAD
- Masters degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent could be an added advantage.
Job Title: Officer, Civil Engineer

Location: Port Harcourt
Responsibilities
- Assist the supervision of civil works
- Assist in managing infrastructure and engineeringl construction projects.
- Develop and regotiate contracts alongside technical consultants.
Qualification/ Experience
- B.Sc degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent with at least 2 class lower.
- Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience.
- Training and experience in procedures and project management practices.
- Professional affiliation with a recognised professional engineering body including the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
- Membership of a recognized professional engineering body
including the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the
Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)

Job Title: Manager, Civil Engineering

Location: Port Harcourt
Responsibilities
- To develop, evaluate and negotiate contracts. Oversee, supervise
and coordinate civil works. Manage infrastructure and
engineering/construction projects.
- Ensure enforcement and close-out of observation/issues on project under supervision within stipulated time.
- Prepare project reports for Management.
Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management with at least 2 class lower
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience obtained from reputable construction firms.
- A combination of training, education and experience in procedure and projects management practices.
- Professional affiliation with a recognized professional Engineering body including the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE).
- Registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
- Must be knowledgeable in CAD.

Job Title: Supervisor Structural Engineer
Ref. No: SSE/2016/03
Location: Port Harcourt
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all projects/design engineers and CAD technicians from planning stage through final construction.
- Work directly with the internal and external engineering teams.
- Review engineering design, specifications and standards.
- Conduct audit, interviews and inspections of materials.
- Review job proposals including QC/QA Plans.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc Degree in Structural /Civil Engineering with at least 2 class lower.
- 8-10 years relevant experience in Civil I Structural Engineering with advanced technical knowledge and training.
- A registered Structural Engineer (SE) and Professional Engineer (PE) license will be an added advantage.
- Membership of a recognized professional engineering body
including the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and/or Council for the
Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
- Masters degree in relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
