Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Manage the HR unit.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Manage disciplinary and disengagement process of the organization in conjunction with the MD.
- Keep a regular update of employee’s database within the system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual report and any other report as may be required by the MD.
- Conduct induction for newly employed staff of the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the engagement development, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefit program.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- 5 Years Experience.
Job Title: Operation Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Coordinates the daily operational activities relating to assigned locations.
- Review and implement security measures to protect client’s asset.
- Ensure daily patrol, visit to each locations by the patrol supervisor attached to me.
- Carry out risks/threat assessment on protected premises and determines proactive measures against such threat.
- Coordinate patrol routine, monitoring and obtaining feedback in order to develop monthly security reports for clients.
- Prepare standard operations procedure for all beats.
- Prepare weekly activity report for the Operations Manager.
- Maintain and ensure strict discipline throughout the guard force.
- Manage crises that may arise within my jurisdiction.
- Ensure constant visitation of clients towards improving business relationship and turning such visits to friendship.
- Ensure clients request on posting/removal of operatives are promptly attended to.
- Ensure that client security needs are met.
- Ensure the standard of our service delivery is constantly reviewed in order to meet both national and international standard.
- Responsible for distribution of invoices/credit control assignment of your area of coverage.
- Coordinate, control and supervise all location under my coverage.
- Source for business for the company.
- Ensure timely correct preparation of nominal roll.
Requirements
- Coordinate cheque collection in my axis
- Recommend to the operations manager on how best to improve our services to the client.
- 5 Years Experience.
Job Title: Head of Operation
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Coordinating Operations department.
- Coordinates the daily operational activities relating to all locations.
- Review and implement security measures to protect client’s asset.
- Ensure daily patrol, visit to each locations by the patrol supervisors.
- Carry out risks/threat assessment on protected premises and determines proactive measures against such threat.
- Coordinate patrol routine, monitoring and obtaining feedback in order to develop monthly security reports for clients.
- Prepare standard operations procedure for all beats.
- Prepare weekly activity report for the Management meetings.
- Maintain and ensure strict discipline throughout the guard force.
- Manage crises that may arise within the locations.

- Carry out any other duties assigned to me the Managing Director.
Reports:
- Weekly Activity Reports- Every Monday (To be presented at Management meeting).
- Risk assessment reports - as applicable for new clients and every 6 months for existing clients.
- Monthly Security Reports - End of the first week following month of report.
- Preparation of nominal roll by 27th of the month of service.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualification
- 10 Years Experience.
Job Title: Senior Operation Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
