Job Title: Relationship Manager - Retail
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Marketing /Sales of the company products and services
- Signing up new prospect s and attending to existing clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
- Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
- Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
- Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Requirements
- Min Qualification: B.Sc/HND qualification
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years marketing experience from a financial institution,marketing firms/other Insurance company.
Job Title: Customer Retention Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Develop new strategies for customer retention activities.
- Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.
- Work with Sales Manager in implementing sales promotion activities.
- Track contracts that are soon to be expired and contact customers for renewals.
- Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Analyze customer feedbacks and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention.
- Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.
- Explain to customers about new products and benefits.
- Make sales calls to existing and new customers for business growth.
- Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives.
Requirements
- Min Qualification: B.Sc/HND qualification
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience.
