Job Title: Key Account / Client Retention Officer

Locations: Rivers (Port Harcourt), Abuja and Lagos

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with corporate clients by ensuring the highest level of positive customer experience.
• The role is also responsible for ensuring strong customer retention and resolution of clients’ administrative issues.
• Are you a team player - able to work across different stakeholders, communicate expectations openly, clearly and welcome constructive feedback? If yes this positions is for you

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
• 1-2 years Post-NYSC experience is required while experience in Health Maintenance Organization is desirable
• Bias for developing a career in a client - focused role.
• Excellent communications skills (oral and written)

Job Title: Nurse (Contact Centre and Medical Operations)

Locations: Rivers (Port Harcourt), Abuja and Lagos

Job Detail & Requirement

• RN or RN+RM (double qualified) candidates in Nursing are needed to function either as Contact Centre Executives or Medical Officers in the Medical Operations Unit, HMO experience may be an added advantage.

Job Title: Medical Manager

Location: Rivers (Port Harcourt), Abuja and Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare provider network development and management.
• Oversee care coordination, provider relations, claims administration, and wellness programmes.
• Oversee member services activities and client relationship management.
• Assist in the marketing of health plans to private and public organizations.

Requirements

• A Medical Doctor with MBBS or MBCHB degree
• Possession of an MBA or MPH will be an added advantage.
• Post-NYSC experience is required while experience in Health Maintenance Organization is desirable.

Job Title: Medical Information Officer

Locations: Rivers (Port Harcourt), Abuja and Lagos

Requirements

• Candidates with HND or B.Sc qualification in Health Information Management (Health Records) are needed for a special project.
• Post NYSC experience is not compulsory but the candidates must be passionate, meticulous and committed.
