We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Vendor Operations Specialist Location: Lagos Job Level: Manager (Staff Supervisor/Head of Department) Job Type: Full-Time Role Summary

  • To facilitate the sourcing and signing up of Leads (Vendors) with high potential of partnering with Kilimall.
  • Management of vendors signed up, assisting vendors with registering and selling on Kilimall.
Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Overall, responsible for the local seller management and maintenance, especially big distributors or brands to ensure growth of orders and GMV in given category.
  • Acquisition of new sellers in given category and make sure top 10 brands are on board and enough listing are provided. Generally, the listing shall be more competitive than competitors.
  • Negotiate with sellers to gain better offers and better price with same conditions in terms of after sale service and quality.
  • Handing any dispute or disagreement with sellers in a proper way.
  • Enhance the communication with seller and educate them with Kilimall new rules, policies and seller system
  • Fully support Operation team in weekly/monthly campaigns and support MKT team in MKT activities and MKT budget shared by sellers.
Requirements Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce supply.
Experience:
  • 2- 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Familiar with local wholesale and retail market on gadgets or fashion industry
  • Good knowledge of the Major markets like Idumota, Computer Village, Alaba, Trade Fair etc.
  • Good relationship with top distributors in Major markets like Idumota, Computer Village, Alaba, Trade Fair etc. would be an added advantage
  • Work experience in an e-commerce setting is preferable.

    Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist  Location: Lagos Role Summary
  • The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive company sales through effective digital, social media and offsite marketing strategies.
  • Develop and grow digital channels for reaching consumers.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage social media campaigns and day to day activities
  • Manage presence in social networking sites
  • Manage and write articles for Kilimall blog
  • Responsible for online PR
  • Write editorial content
  • Responsible for email marketing
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
Qualifications
  • B.Sc in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce digital marketing
Experience:
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrable experience with content writing, SEO and Social media management
  • Knowledge and use of social media management tools
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian fashion industry
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Work experience in an e-commerce setting is preferable.
