NoemDek Limited is an EPC Company incorporated in Nigeria in 2012, to provide specialized services to the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, FMCGs, etc. Over the past five years, the firm and its international partners have supported clients on large infrastructure projects and after-sales services to ensure the assets are maintained effectively and a client’s operations run smoothly.

Job Title: Junior Marketing Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics.
  • Utilize statistical techniques to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in the industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Provide insights on market segmentation and customer behavior.

Campaign Optimization:

  • Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).
  • Recommend adjustments and improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Customer Analysis:

  • Segment and profile customers to identify high-value target segments.
  • Analyze customer journeys and behavior to improve retention and loyalty.

ROI Analysis:

  • Calculate and report on the return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure marketing budgets are effectively allocated.

Reporting and Presentation:

  • Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in marketing analysis, data analytics, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, social media email marketing).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
