Job Title: Branch Manager
Location:

Objectives
Oversee branch operations on all LM business lines – Sales & Marketing / Parts / Workshop / Fleet Maintenance and any other

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new business / accounts within your designated territory
  • Achieve budget figures on Major items / workshop revenue and parts revenue – month - wise
  • To develop market for new business line
  • To develop rapport with key corporate customers and government bodies
  • Track and measure performance culture within the Branch team
  • Collect competitors MIS, TIV analysis and market update
  • To take admin and functional responsibility of entire Branch and command area with harmony and discipline
  • Develop and groom Branch team members towards organizational objective.

Qualification and Key Competencies

  • Minimum of BSc./HND in Engineering or any Social Sciences with minimum of 4-8 years administrative experience
  • Business management skills
  • Statistical analysis of data skills
  • Confident and Presentable
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Must be computer literate

 Job Title: Service Engineer
Location:
Lagos
Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and co-ordinate field / workshop service operations on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure there is adequate and appropriate tooling and workforce for effective on the spot repairs on heavy duty equipment
  • Proper assessment, evaluation and costing of all field / workshop service jobs
  • Monitor and keep in control of all work in progress to ensure that requirements for the jobs are adequately attended to
  • Prepare monthly reports to enumerate all activities within the field / workshop service operations. 

Qualification and Key Competencies

  • Minimum of BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 5 years technical experience
  • Disassemble and assemble any given Construction Equipment product or component without supervision
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify complex faults with minimal supervision
  • Use literature, such as SPP, JDS, TI, parts books, service manual etc.
  • Read and interpret JCB hydraulic and electrical schematics
  • Write technical service reports to JCB standards
