Job Title: Vice - Principal
Job Role
The Vice Principal is to assist the Principal in leading the school and to ensure that the School succeeds in its mission, achieves its strategic aims and objectives and fulfill its responsibilities’ which is to ensure that staff and students all have the opportunity to reach their full potential
Qualification / Experience
- Masters degree in Educational Management
- A minimum of 15 years post qualification experience to include a minimum of ten (10) years in education and at least five (5) years experience working in an international Boarding school, implementing change and securing institutional improvement at a senior management position
- An MBA from a reputable institution would be an added advantage
The ideal candidates will work closely with the Principal and members of the School’s Executive Management Team and must possess:- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills,
- A high level personal sensitivity and professional skill in dealings with students, parents, teaching staff, support staff colleagues and all other contacts,
- The attributes of integrity, conscientiousness, adaptability and optimism.
- The quality of an enthusiastic learner who is open to novel ideas, approaches and new ways of thinking and working
- Good team spirit and also participate as a team member in accomplishment of duties,
- Strong ability to coordinate, prioritize and organize workload; take initiative and work under pressure.
- Strength and judgment for decision making,
- Ability to build and maintain affective/professional working relationships across the school and with external stakeholders of the school,

Job Title: Business Manager
Job Role - The Business Manager will be responsible to the Principal for strategic planning in relation to the business and support services of the School and ensure that the School uses its resources effectively and efficiently at all times,
- He /She will be responsible for personnel management, administrative aspects of financial management, training and development of support staff and all matters within the management of the School which are supportive to, but do not directly involve teaching and learning
Qualification / Experience- B.Sc in Business or related subject with an MBA from a reputable higher institution,
- Minimum of five(5) years post qualification experience which include at least three (3) years in senior management position
- Experience in a similar role would be an added advantage

Job Title: Director of Pastoral Care
Job Role - The Director of Pastoral Care takes responsibility for all aspects of the day to day running of the school outside academic activities
- He / She shall he responsible for the support, coaching, appraisal and development of all Pastoral Staff,
Qualification / Experience- B.Ed, BSc. Ed or Masters Degree with teacher certification,
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience and 3 years in a senior boarding position,
- Experience as Head of Pastoral Care in an International Boarding School would be an added advantage
The ideal candidates will work closely with the Principal and members of the School’s Executive Management Team and must possess:- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills,
- A high level personal sensitivity and professional skill in dealings with students, parents, teaching staff, support staff colleagues and all other contacts,

Job Title: Director of Marketing
Job Role - The Director of Marketing will be re5pon5lle to the Principal for the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan, to encompass all ages of pupil, across Nigeria as well as overseas
- He/she wilt work closely with the Director of Studios and other member; of the School executive Management Team and will report regularly to the Board He/she is expected to play an active, hand from role in all aspects of the Schools marketing and provide strategic input, support and advice in the field of admissions and general well being of the school.
Qualification / Experience- B,Sc or MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience including 5years experience in Marketing and 2 year; in a senior marketing management position
- Experience of corporate and marketing communication. in an education environment would be an added advantage
