Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Summary

- To generate: Strategies that guarantee business growing; Efficiency; Cost savings; Customer loyalty trough a world class service
Responsibilities
- Deliver World Class Service to our consultants
- Responsible for order taking and customer service in our Contact Center, Immediate Service Centers and Service Centers
- Define and implement correct future set-up
- Leading customer service and operations projects
- Develop your team with the latest knowledge and trends
- Secure a cost and capital efficient operation
- Central warehouse operations including pick & pack of consultant orders and inventory control
- National distribution planning and market replenishment order
- Sanitary registration and importation process
- National distribution, distribution strategy and annual negotiations
- Purchasing of needed packaging material
- Support marketing with planning of discontinued products

Desired Skills, Experiences and Qualifications
- Minimum of 7years previous experience in Logistics/Supply Chain and Customer Service.
- University Degree in Engineering, Administration or Business.
- Hands on” with helicopter perspective and knowledge in all areas
- Strong Leader
- English spoken, written and read
- Documented fast moving consumer goods experience
- Organized, structured, analytical and process oriented
- Inbound logistics in general
- Outbound logistics in Nigeria (basic distribution)
- Management experience
- Have a strategic mindset on how to distribute in Nigeria, some market knowledge so he/she can be a partner in roll out decisions
- Have a western mindset, as there will be a lot of communication with people in Egypt, Sweden and Poland.
- Very good interpersonal, motivational and management skills
- Highly dedicated in achieving results
- A proactive approach to improving business
- 30-45 years
- Very good analytical skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Good report writing skills
- Good knowledge of Excel in particular and systems in general
- Able to cope well with stress
- Knowledge of NAFDAC
- Must be conversant with Customs, clearing, normal import documents (form M, soncap etc.)
