An Ultra-Modern and fully mechanized Bakery located in Asaba seeks to engage the following under-stated positions:

Job Title:  Bakery Accountant/Book Keeper

Qualification

• Minimum of OND in Accounts or Certificate in Book keeping.
• Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in maintaining the books at a modern bakery.
• Two credible Guarantors will be required for this position.

• Coordinating activities covering mixing, kneading, cutting (diving), molding and panning at Dough.

• Minimum at 1-3 years hands - on experience.
• Candidate must be conversant in the use of modern Mixers, Dough Dividers, Proffers and Mechanized Ovens and must work with very minimal supervision.

• Baking of the bread using dry or moist heat in an electric or burner type oven.
• Candidates must read and write.
• Ability to operate Rotary Convention and Deck Ovens as well as analyse correct y bath digital and Analogue Readings on the Ovens is a must.

• Overseeing production process from start to finish and also doubles as the Quality Assurance manager.

• Minimum of OND / HND in food Related discipline with 3-4 years hands-an experience acquired in a highly mechanized Bakery.
• He must be able to work with minimum supervision.

• Minimum of 2 years experience and conversant with use of bread slicing machines and use at sealing tapes.

• Minimum of OND with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience required.
• Candidates for this position will need to produce to credible Guarantor.

• Source customers and sell bread products to existing and potential customers.

• Good communication skills, and minimum of 3years hands-on experience acquired in selling Bread in asaba and environ.
• Bonus will be earned for meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Two credible Guarantors are required.

• A mechanical Technician is needed to service and maintain the machines at the factory on continuous basis.
• Though basic training will be provided candidate for this position must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience acquired in a bakery.
