Job Title: Logistics Manager
Location: Port-Hacourt Rd, Nigeria

Job Description
- Manages logistics operations within the organization while providing expertise in controls and documentation for all types of moves
- Under general autonomy, provides management, leadership, coaching and mentoring to a team of logistics professionals.
- Works with Product Service Lines (PSLs) to identify needs and ensure inbound and outbound transportation is arranged to meet operational needs.
- Manages the performance of the service providers and looks at data over long periods of time to see trends.
- Forecasts trends and issues that may impact the future movement of goods, with detailed knowledge of legal and customs requirements for both local and international trade.
- Seamless scheduling of goods and personnels for drop-offs and pick-ups
- Develops and implements logistics strategies in line with regional initiatives for the company overall goal.
- Oversees contract management and execution to include: negotiating, setting price levels and/or approving significant contracts with logistics service providers
- Provides sourcing expertise using logistics technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and laws to negotiate agreements.
- Manages complex strategic logistics projects through a combination of leadership and subject-matter expertise.
- Manage suppliers delivery performance and maintain suppliers contracts.
- Support the Supply Chain Department on the strategic front of the Project Select phase.

- Ability to inject industry best practices, including 4PL management in strategies for managing logistics services and contracts.

- Qualification: A Degree in any related course
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years' logistics experience
Remuneration
Net pay: N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.

Job Title: Inventory Manager
Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Manage the intake, consumption, replenishment, optimization, obsolescence and disposition of company inventory and project materials.
- Supports projects clients with review of required materials and potential displacement of new orders with existing surplus or overstocked inventory;
- Analyze inventory consumption, identify trends and opportunities for optimization that will improve service levels and/or reduce carrying costs
- Performs stock extensions and deletions in support of client requests;
- Assists ongoing efforts to improve materials/inventory visibility
- Identifies gaps in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and gaps in Supply Chain systems that may need to be addressed to facilitate effective spare parts management
- Ensure timely analysis of purchasing demands and seamless execution of materials replenishment process in SAP for respective producing facilities in accordance with all applicable inventory management guidelines and adopted best practices
- Ensure clear line of sight on daily activities.
- Supports establishment and management of field inventory at satellite stores e. g. working with warehouses and field personnel/clients to ensure material is labelled, replenished and annually counted (SAP cycle count);
- Provide regular update to immediate supervisor on the progress of special projects and mom-routine activities
- Place order to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
- Perform other duties as may be required and determined by the immediate supervisor
Qualifications
- Ability to pay close attention to details in order to implement effective inventory control
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages, like Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven experience as an inventory analyst or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Working knowledge of inventory analysis software (e.g ERP)
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- An analytical mind with strong mathematical skills
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Inventory management with the requisite qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or other relevant fields that may apply
Added Advantage:
- Candidates who have knowledge of SAP and other mainstream ERPs.
- Candidates who have experience with inventory in oil and gas sector specifically with the inventory of mechanical parts, equipment and accessories, engine and generator filters, electrical equipment and accessories e.t.c.
- Degree(s) in Engineering, Computer Science, Material Management e.t.c
Remuneration
Net pay: N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
