expand their new digital unit, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Content/Copy Writer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
The Role:
- A multi-skilled copywriter with good all-round writing and
creative expertise. Capable to identify and then deal with all contexts
and then translate them into crisp, compelling, creative and informative
copy
Key Responsibilities
- Produce copy for ATL advertising on mass media e.g. TV, cinema, interactive media, posters and radio scripts
- Produce copy for BTL on direct means of communication e.g. brochures, leaflets, press adverts and direct mail
- Work closely alongside creative and media agencies to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Keep up-to-date on SEO best practices and implement into content
- Act as a source of Content Marketing subject matter expert for the internal team
- Generate words, slogans and audio scripts that accompany advertising visuals
- Create content for Apps, websites and digital platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferably in the media, communications and/or marketing fields
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Skills and Experience:
- Good acumen for the digital space
- Prior experience creating content and copy for a range of online
mediums including blogs, website, info-graphics, online videos,
competitions and social media campaigns
- Excellent command of English-particularly in spelling and grammar
- Strong creative writing, researching and editing skills
- Sound knowledge of social media platforms and the use of social for marketing
- Ability to adapt tone of voice to suit different contexts
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and campaign schedules
Job Title: Digital Acquisition Lead
Location: Lagos
The Role
- Shaping and delivering an overarching marketing and digital
customer acquisition strategy for the unit, whilst analyzing and
reporting on all marketing activity, using insights to drive decisions
- Work closely with the commercial and development teams to ensure
a consistent brand message and customer experience is delivered across
all marketing channels including offline platforms, social community
etc.
- Develop the units brand presence through targeted digital
marketing campaigns, optimized content and high performing channels
using innovative thinking and influencing skills
Key Responsibilities
- Customer acquisition through advanced digital marketing
- Lead marketing in the digital space, working with several
partners and agencies. In this role, you will lead implementing,
optimizing and managing all digital / online marketing channels
including SEO, PPC, affiliates, email, display and mobile channels
- Build innovative digital marketing strategies and driving these strategies through to delivery in line with marketing budgets
- Utilize advanced web and mobile analytics to optimize budgets and marketing ROI
- Analyze digital/ online trends and customer behavior and

Qualifications
- B.Sc/ BA from a reputable institution
- A Masters Degree in Business Administration
- Experience:
- 7+ years' experience in consumer marketing with at least 4+
years specifically in digital marketing in e-commerce, telecoms, retail
banking, digital marketing agency or related industries where core KPI
is digital customer acquisition
- Experience working in an e-commerce/telecoms environment with transactional websites strongly preferred
- Skills & Competencies:
- Deep expertise across all areas of digital acquisition marketing
including PPC, SEO, Social, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and
funnel optimization
- Depth of knowledge around broader marketing and brand communication will be required
- Strategic thinker, with proven experience of designing and implementing digital strategies
- Strong analytical and research skills are essential alongside
team management skills and experience of project/program management and

Job Title: Head of Commercial
Location: Lagos
Job Description
The Role:
- As a corporate officer position, the CCO will report directly to
the Head of the digital bank. He/she will be responsible for driving
customer acquisition and retention through digital marketing, digital
salesforce team and customer experience management
- Lead strategic planning that will enable the digital unit to
achieve its long-term customer acquisition and retention objectives,
while achieving the maximum value from the customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting and achieving of the commercial strategic objectives of the digital unit
- Drive the achievement of customer acquisition and deposit targets.
- Responsible for creating and delivering the short and long term
marketing and customer acquisition plans including but not limited to
digital marketing, salesforce and offline marketing
- Provide oversight for brand marketing and acquisition, customer experience and digital products
- Responsible for developing the pricing and positioning of the unit’s products
- Customer lifecycle management and using advanced analytics to drive value from customers
- Participate in the preparation of the business plans for the unit
- Responsible for the implementation of preventive actions to assure the compliance with the budget
Qualifications
- B.Sc/ BA from a reputable institution
- A Masters Degree in Business Administration
- Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years commercial management experience (3-4 of
which should have been in a similar role in e-commerce, telecoms,
banking or related industries)
- Experience in consumer segment marketing particularly focused on youths and mass segments
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and acquisition, analytics and digital products
- Retail banking experience would be a plus
- Experience in developing product visions and customer journeys
- Experience in building and managing successful teams that work well together, particularly cross-functionally
- Strong strategic marketing, digital customer acquisition, field sales, lifecycle management and business development skills.
- Good standing and assertiveness, with excellent team work
attitude, with proven ability to influence and coordinate teams beyond
his/her own department
- Ability to deal with decision making processes in complex organizations
Job Title: UI Designer

Job Description
