JOB POSITION: ASSISTANT TRAINING MANAGER (REF: ATM)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate hired for this position will be expected to assist the Group Learning & Development Manager in developing and implementing a Group-wide proactive workforce capacity-building strategy that effectively supports the business operations and growth aspirations of the company, whilst meeting the individual career and developmental needs of its people.
Specifically, he will assume responsibility for strong administration of the in-house training school, quality assurance with respect to training content and delivery, maximized value-add relationship with the ITF, execution of Group training plans, coordination of external L & O activities, as well as ensuring a robust induction and acculturation training for all new intakes.
QUALIFICATION AND ATTRIBUTES
A Strong University Degree/HND in Business Administration, Humanities, Social Sciences, Education. Engineering, Transport Management etc
Minimum of 5 years relevant post-graduate experience, preferably in Transport and Logistics
Good interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge orientation and intellectual curiosity
Membership of relevant professional Bodies
Smith training certificate though not compulsory would be an advantage
Age not more than 35 yrs
JOB POSITION: ASSISTANT HEAD HAULAGE OPERATIONS (REF: AHH)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidate for this position will be expected to provide operational support to the overall head of the Group
Haulage Division towards the achievement of the Division's target and in implementing the Company's haulage strategy and policies.
In addition, he will have responsibility for business development, cost management / operational efficiencies, strong crew management / controls, effective credit collections, continuous process improvement as well as key client relationship management, execution of service contracts, as well as fleet routing and exigency management.
QUALIFICATION AND ATTRIBUTES
Good university degree/HND in Automobile Engineering (Transport Management
Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in transport and logistics
Good Interpersonal skills
Articulate with excellent communication and negotiation, planning and execution skills
Membership of any relevant professional Bodies such as NIM, CILT etc will be a definite plus
High energy, proactive, strong problem-solving skills, assertive and ability to work under pressure.

JOB POSITION: GH -HUMAN RESOURCES / ADMIN (REF: GHHR)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidate will assume Group-wide responsibility for human capital management and general administration in the company.
Essentially, he will be expected to provide leadership and professional guidance to the executive team on all issues, policies and strategies to guide the company in proactively shaping its response to its workforce and workplace challenges; design and execute Human Resources and corporate administration strategies in alignment with the overall business vision; plan and implement high performance-oriented, best-practice HeM systems; and advise on employee relations and communication strategies that maximize workforce engagement, coalescence and commitment.
In addition, he will be expected to provide robust real-time people management consultancy support to line management,
participate as a contributing, strategic-thinking member of the management team, supervise the Learning and Development,
and Security functions of the organization, and provide leadership for Group talent formation, administrative excellence and business efficiency.
QUALIFICATION AND ATTRIBUTES
A very good university degree, a minimum of 2nd class honours in the social sciences, business studies, humanities etc.
Membership of any relevant professional Bodies such as CIPM, NIM.
High integrity, profound professionalism, strong communication.skills, as well as very good knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
Possession of an advanced degree in business or human resource management is definitely an advantage.
Minimum of 10yrs experience with in-depth exposure in Human Resources Management. preferably in the manufacturing or logistics or service industries.
Knowledge of contract award process and facility management
Age, not below 40 yrs
