Job Title: Sales Manager (SMB / C)
Location: Lagos
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets of the organization through effective planning & budgeting, implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
- Devise / develop strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets for SMB and C
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with customers, particularly in the SMB / C territory / market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products / services;
- Manage and coordinate efforts of the sales team with respect to SMB / C as well as associated partners in the Product Line
- Seek out key stakeholders and work across customer organizations to identify opportunities, upsell, and close deals;
- Understand customer requirements and product capabilities on a business and technical level to effectively communicate the unique benefits of our cloud solutions and appropriately set expectations;
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting and technical service groups;
- Develop and deliver custom presentations on our Cloud Enterprise solutions Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows and expositions.
- Maximize company profit.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience with technical sales / selling enterprise messaging solutions
- Good understanding of Google messaging and collaboration products and / or Microsoft O365 / Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting / exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
- Successful experience building a territory from little or nothing.
- Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior management.
Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Lagos
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Hands-on development and leading the fullstack development of an enterprise web application
- Build and maintain data ingestion and transformation frameworks, APIs
- Implement best practices and capabilities for ensuring the overall quality and scalability of no code products including automated testing frameworks, monitoring, and performance testing
- Support the rollout and implementation of software to clients, provide end-user support as needed
- Lead in time and cost estimates of system enhancements, advise on trade-offs of features and options.
Qualification and Experience
Technical:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and / or Engineering
- 5 - 10 years of experience in similar role
- Experience with software or product delivery in an Agile cross-functional team environment
- Fullstack JavaScript with Nodejs and / or springboot experience
- Experience with common software development technologies and platforms: HTML / CSS, JavaScript (ReactJS / AngularJS), .NET Core, C# / Java, relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL), non-relational datastore (e.g. Mongodb)
- Experience with GoLang (desirable)
- Willingness and desire to be hands-on and code alongside the development teams
Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer
Location: Lagos
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The Pre-sales Engineer will carry out these functions:
- Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the various groups in the organization.
- Collaborate with the sales and services teams by acting as technical experts in customer presentations
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Manage and interpret customer requirements; also persuade clients on the product or service that will best satisfy their needs
- Interface with client architects and cloud service providers to ensure that the defined solution is signed-off by all the stakeholders.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs
- Maintain Company IT standards, Architecture principles and Strategy, Roadmap and use cases.
- Travelling to visit potential clients where necessary
- Analysing costs and sales; calculating client quotations
- Negotiating tender and contract terms
- Offering after-sales support services
- Helping in the design of custom-made products
- Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
- Meeting regular sales targets
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Co-ordinating sales projects
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master Degree
- Previous work experience as a Pre-sales Engineer or similar role specifically: 3 to 5 years year’s experience in a presales or related field
