Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Present, promote and sell company products using solid argument to existing and prospective customers.
  • Looking for potential new clients and buyers
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, product, prices and availability.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from client.
  • Achieve sales targets within schedule.
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
  • And other duties Assign by the Manager

Education / Experience / General Requirements

  • B.Sc. or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and Organizational skills.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skill.

 

 

 

Job Title: Office / Sales Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Design and implement a sales strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Achieving goals and meeting sales targets by successfully handling the sales team.
  • Managing Organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Promoting the Organization and the products.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current market changes and trends.
  • Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

Education / Experience / General Requirements:

  • B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the same role in FMCG.
  • Experience in Van sales and Sales Promoters or Sales Agent Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
  • Strong Analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives.

 

 

 

Job Title: Front Desk / Office Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Keep the office tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Monitor office expenses and costs.
  • Stocktaking and updating of stock book.
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Take up other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience / General Requirements:

  • OND in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative or relevant position.
  • Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
