Responsibilities
  • Identify new sales leads and potential new markets through research and social media platforms to acquire new clients
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Selling, Renting and Development of Property
  • Highly competitive property market that requires innovative ideas to make a difference.
  • Economic challenges and difficulty in accessing credit from financial institutions
Requirements
  • HND / BSc in Marketing or any other related discipline
  • Must have work in the similar organisation
  • 2-4 years of Experience
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
  • Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Results driven and customer focused.
     
Job Title: Office Assistant (Cleaning) Location: Lagos Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain office wares
  • Run errands for staff members
Requirements
  • Must possess minimum of OND certificate
