  • Implement Control System in the organization
  • Ability to conduct ongoing reviews of all operating procedures, company controls and compliance measures to determine any potential hazards or breaches of conduct.
  • Perform Periodic auditing of the accounting and financial data.
  • Carry out investigations and disciplinary sitting where required.
  • Make recommendations regarding facilities, equipment, personnel, procedures and systems to carry out internal control functions.
  • Perform variety of internal control tasks as necessary or as requested.
  • Identify areas of financial and administrative strengths and weaknesses and develop best practices.
  • Develop and implement appropriate operating procedures to ensure compliance
  • Conduct audit testing of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should have analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years’ experience.
  • Relevant professional certifications.

  • Ability to put measures in place to mitigate risk impacts
  • Achieve industry level of compliance to identified risk management strategies
  • Train staff on critical risk management techniques (standard risk analysis techniques, crisis management, project management, internal investigations)
  • Design control improvement initiatives to be implemented.
  • Provide internal audits report to senior management.
  • Provide regular monitoring and reporting of financial risk to management.
  • Ensure full compliance to local regulatory laws and edicts governing corporate Nigeria.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 6-7 years Experience plus Managerial experience in similar role.
