Job Title: Internal Control Officer

Job Description
- Implement Control System in the organization
- Ability to conduct ongoing reviews of all operating procedures, company controls and compliance measures to determine any potential hazards or breaches of conduct.
- Perform Periodic auditing of the accounting and financial data.
- Carry out investigations and disciplinary sitting where required.
- Make recommendations regarding facilities, equipment, personnel, procedures and systems to carry out internal control functions.
- Perform variety of internal control tasks as necessary or as requested.
- Identify areas of financial and administrative strengths and weaknesses and develop best practices.
- Develop and implement appropriate operating procedures to ensure compliance
- Conduct audit testing of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 5-6 years’ experience.
- Relevant professional certifications.

Job Title: Internal Control Manager

Job Description
- Ability to put measures in place to mitigate risk impacts
- Achieve industry level of compliance to identified risk management strategies
- Train staff on critical risk management techniques (standard risk analysis techniques, crisis management, project management, internal investigations)
- Design control improvement initiatives to be implemented.
- Provide internal audits report to senior management.
- Provide regular monitoring and reporting of financial risk to management.
- Ensure full compliance to local regulatory laws and edicts governing corporate Nigeria.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 6-7 years Experience plus Managerial experience in similar role.
- Relevant professional certifications
