Job Title: Content Analyst, OneBank

Job Summary

  • Responsible for overseeing content requirements and creating content strategy deliverables based on company’s or client’s business objectives and customers’ or end user’s needs

Job Description

  • Oversee content requirements and create content strategy deliverables across a project life cycle.
  • Conduct content audits (qualitative analyses of all the content on a network of sites and Apps) as well as communication gap analyses.
  • Manage technical integration of content on all platform.
  • Compile data form different documents and translate the data in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Develop measurement approaches for evaluating the success of content published
  • Strategize to ensure content is consistent and compelling across delivery streams.
  • Set guidelines for tone, style, and content of writing and communications.
  • Schedule meetings with work team to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects, outlining new content to run in the future, and working with designers to discuss visual elements to accompany written content

  • Develop a framework for a prioritized list of strategic partnerships.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to solve partner’s business need.
  • Manage partners, prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to partner enquiries.
  • Develop financial projection model for each potential partnership engagement.
  • Ensue proper documentations, adherence to policies and procedures and adequate platform support.

  • Responsible for gathering feature requests, scheduling releases, and coordinating sprints as well as drive activities of the product to achieve preset targets.
  • This includes managing product development and operations to achieve and sustain desired service standards, competitive advantage milestones within specified period.

Job Description

  • Provide clear descriptions and outline (of the product/ issues that arise per time) for easy comprehension by the development/ tech support team.
  • Develop and drive execution of sales strategies to achieve preset targets per period.
  • Deliver periodic status reports to stakeholders to show correlation performance and return on investment.
  • Provide strategic support for sales and marketing post-launch, providing guidance and monitoring to ensure target achievement.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and secure commitments across multiple business lines (as may be required).
  • Ensure optimum value generation from the bank’s investment in assigned products.
  • Ensure daily and periodic review of performance trend to generate new insights.
  • Carry out industry survey and competitor analysis to study trends and make recommendation to the bank.
  • Collaborate with extant stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Monitor product life cycle and contribute to product modifications or new products initiatives and activities through feedback from the field
