Job Title: Business Workflow Management Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • To provide technical and non-technical expertise in the drive for digitization of internal and customer-facing processes with the view to save costs, increase efficiency, automation of manual processes and creation of data-driven business environment.

Job Description
Technical:

  • Develop processes or workflows in line with BRD/SWR provided for implementation.
  • Digitalize the assigned processes or project using the BPM tools – 1xpress
  • Conduct walkthroughs and demos with necessary stakeholders to validate requirements documented in the BRD/SWR,
  • Create smart objects, views, forms and workflows based on the BRD/SWR provided for implementation
  • Integrate the BPM application-1xpress with core banking and other non-core banking applications as stated in the BED/SWR.
  • Develop basic procedures, logic, and rules.
  • Log completed project or process for testing and quality assurance.
  • Participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) session and ensure resolution of all issues prior to go live
  • In conjunction with app management team, ensure deployment of process or project to live environment.

Non-Technical:

  • Ensure required documentation and activities are completed before pilot or go live.
  • Participates in the pilot of deployed processes and ensure all issues from pilot are promptly resolved.
  • Develop user’s manual, job card and Frequently Ask Questions (FAQ).
  • Constantly engage the users and stakeholders to ensure the objectives of the project or processes implemented are meet
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to track the benefits of the project or process
  • Oversea the users support desks and workflow issues management
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to track defined process performance metrics.

Job Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year's cognate experience.

Job Description

  • Implement the Business Strategy for allocated sector in the Institutional Banking Business.  
  • Drive revenue creation opportunities by offering to customers the relevant value propositions that meet their business needs and ensure the provision of excellent relationship management
  • Ensure in-depth understanding of all customers’ portfolio, using Customer Value Chain Analysis to effectively meet the needs of the customers
  • Manage the existing Institutional Banking relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Ensure that key financial deliverables for the sector are met.
  • Execute the Institutional Banking Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and Industry Value Propositions (IVPs) initiatives and activities aimed at optimizing both customer experience and profitability for the Bank.
  • Ensure risk assets are properly appraised and are within the bank’s risk appetite

Job Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles in any Financial Institution

Job Description

  • Develop the group’s corporate strategies and implement a business plan to support the bank’s goal of market leadership as it relates to Agric finance and solid minerals sectors
  • Manage the group’s portfolios by systematically increase the value of the portfolio, promoting excellent asset quality (maintaining an acceptable level of asset quality) and ultimately driving desired profit
  • Plan and design products to the target markets within the sector and ensure timely execution
  • Review existing products continuously to reflect the current market realities, resolve issues across related platforms and achieve increased profitability
  • Develop business proposal to both private and public sector for active participation in Agric and Export financing
  • Facilitate training for market facing staff on the related product offerings and ensure capabilities building and improvement of staffin the groupas well as recommend training needs in the group
  • Appraise, review, and approve credit request process (es) and project financing
  • Identify new business relationships and grow existing business relationship to generate quality risk assets
  • Ensure prompt monthly returns reporting to regulatory agencies on group’s portfolio
  • Prepare quarterly Management and Board Reports

Job Experience
