Job Title: Information & Master Data Management Architect
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Guide architectural focus groups as prime subject-matter expert in area of expertise.
- Determine and lead the development of Data & Information strategies.
- Direct the implementation of the technology & security blueprints.
- Evaluate developments in architecture in the local and international business environment and recommend value adding improvements to the company’s Data & Information architecture roadmaps.
- Evaluate and determine overall modelling standards, guidelines, best practices modelling techniques & approaches Data & Information architecture.
- Define standards and guidelines for systems/solutions procurement or deployment for Business Intelligence, Mediation & Master Data Mgt platforms.
- Support the maturity and adoption of the EIM program across the organization.
- Provide expert knowledge of enterprise master data strategies and best practices.
- Provide standards, guidelines, processes, and expertise to consistently address enterprise master data issues such as convergence, standards, and synchronization.
- Drive master data schema development, access business rules, and master data design.
- Define guidelines and policies for Data Governance/Master Data Standardization.
- Data Governance and Master Data Governance design including, establishing Data Governance organization, processes, roles and responsibilities in complex business Environments.
- Business process design for managing Master Data throughout the lifecycle, CDR management, Mediation, Revenue & fraud platforms.

- Facilitate rollout of professional Development standards.
- Required to guide and influence peers within the IS department in the adoption of appropriate frameworks.
- Manage the complexities of the interaction between the multitude of technologies and Services.

Education
- A first Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or related field from a reputable institution.
- A Master's Degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
- TOGAF certified for at least 12- 18 months.
Experience:
- Minimum of eight (8) years' work experience of which:
- Experience with MDM tools.
- Experience with Data Qualities toolsets.
- Experience with ETL, SOA and messaging technologies and Metadata models.
- Good working knowledge of EA frameworks, NGOSS & Telco 2.0.

Job Title: Business Solution Architect
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure that changes and enhancements to business functions, process, financials, people and organizational structure are fully optimized, along with information and technology, in support of the business strategy i.e. Strategic- IT business Alignment.
- Ensuring that the Enterprise Architecture is aligned with the business strategy throughout the cycle of innovation, planning and delivery.
- Ensure that the enterprise architecture is aligned with strategy throughout the cycle of innovation, planning & delivery.
- Determine and lead the development of Business & Solutions architecture strategies.
- Also responsible for translating strategy into initiatives, identifying who will need to be involved, and what their departments will need to do to deliver the initiatives also will coordinate how these initiatives will build and how the projects will support one another to deliver the goals that drive the strategy.
- Determine overall modelling standards, guidelines, best practices modelling techniques & approaches for business & solutions architecture.
- Responsible for Benefits realization, investments value ratio.
- Develops a road map of all portals and determines any implications in the company Environment.
- Develop short -and long-term plans for each existing website, working with the external focus team.
- Assists in guiding definition of the technology environment and the deployment of Portal technology and self-service features, as well as capabilities inherent in the software licensed.
- Collaborates with the other Architects and the external focus team to ensure that all data definitions, mappings, and changes are properly coordinated with business portals.

Job Title: Enterprise Architecture Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Define the application and technical architecture structure, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals.
- Define standards and guidelines for systems / solutions procurement or deployment.
- Evaluate developments in IS architecture in the local and international business environment and recommend value-adding improvements to the IS strategy.
- Lead the application and technical architecture analysis, design, and implementation, and ensure that the product fulfills the requirements.
- Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
- Review built products / solutions and ensure the components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements.
- Engage with other functional units and actively participate in IS projects relating to systems upgrade, integration or deployment.
- Manage technical progress of IS development projects to ensure compliance with or enhancement of existing architecture or design.
- Monitor the development process and ensure the application is supported in production, including back-ups, disaster recovery, system performance, and project management.

Job Responsibilities
- Define and implement Application strategy, architecture standards, roadmaps and guidelines to ensure highest quality applications.
- Guide architectural focus groups as prime subject-matter expert in area of expertise.
- Provide expert knowledge of enterprise 2.0 application strategies and best practices.
- Lead enterprise-wide implementations, define and enforce application architecture standards, procedures, metrics and policies.
- Analyze and design technology approaches and develop global architectures and Enterprise 2.0 solutions.
- Research, assess, analyze and recommend Application Architecture standards and ensure their use (i.e. web search engines, trend analysis and forecasting tools, content management systems, document management systems, application development tools, business and object modeling tools, application servers).
- Define the company’s Application Strategy in line with Social Media and Mobility.
- Provides interface for strategy and direction with application providers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and standards for impact on the application
Architecture Landscape:
