Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The “Real Estate Sales Executive” is to be an intermediary between our firm and buyers
- The real estate sales executive’s responsibilities include marketing and providing guidance to buyers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of site/ property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Present purchase offers to buyers for consideration.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services.
- Attracts new mortgage applications by developing relationships with personal and corporate clients.
- Making sales calls to prospective customers.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes/sites to prospective buyers.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
- Display commercial, industrial and residential properties to clients and explain their features.
- Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field.
- Must have NYSC Certificate or exemption letter.
- Relevant work experience in similar role will be an added advantage.
- Must not be more than 35 years by December 2018.
Required Skills:
- Have good knowledge of the property market in the area and be familiar with local facilities (schools, shopping, mass transportation, etc)
- Have Problem solving, analytical reasoning abilities.
- Have good communication skills to help them interact better with clients and prospects
- Have good listening skills for better interpretation of client needs.
- Have good marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of property, in person and on paper.
- Be good negotiators and mediators to help buyers agree to terms
