Kimberly Ryan - Our client; a leading ICT and Infrastructure solutions provider in Nigeria and West Africa is currently in need of suitable candidates to fill the following senior level positions in their Lagos office.
JOB TITLE: MANAGER, MARKET DEVELOPMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direction and support to members of the extended team
- Develop and report key performance indicators for the unit to the Director, Emerging Business Unit;
- Identification, mapping and engagement of uncontested market space
- Demonstrate an aptitude for working collaboratively, hosting multi-disciplinary workshops and developing ideas in an innovation environment.
- Have a working knowledge (or willingness to learn) of Digital Product Design and the commercialization of R&D
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. in any business-related discipline such as Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, and Business Studies.
- An MBA is an added advantage
- A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in a similar role with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- A professional certification is an added advantage
JOB TITLE: LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review the company’s business plans and develop a Learning Strategy in line with organizational objectives;
- Take custody of the organization’s Learning and Development initiatives (Planning, Implementing and Management) and develop plans for managing staff learning and development efforts;
- Manage the overall delivery of the company’s training programs and oversee the operations of the internal training school;
- Develop a curriculum and competency model in creating schools of excellence for learning management for the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline
- MBA provides an added advantage
- Relevant Professional qualifications e.g. CIPM, SHRM etc
- Minimum of 4 years’ work experience within the learning and development function
JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR OF SALES- FINANCIAL BUSINESS UNIT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for building and nurturing executive relationships with clients and ensuring overall client satisfaction at the highest levels.
- Plan and execute strategies to meet current sales projections and new business development
- Provide leadership for Outside-in Market Strategy Development
- Can lead through competence and command of the subject matter and be happy to present to large audiences on matters of the products and services.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. in any business-related discipline such as Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, and Business Studies.
- An MBA is an added advantage
- A professional certification is an added advantage
- A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in a similar role with at least 3 years in a leadership role and sales management experience
- Candidate must be passionate about creating new digital/IT solutions.
