Job Title: Social Studies/Civic Education Teacher

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies

  • A good first degree-BEd., BA, BSc or higher in relevant discipline
  • A post graduate degree in Education/Teaching qualification
  • At least 8 -10) years quality teaching experience within the relevant discipline in a reputable International school
  • Teaching experience to cover local and international curricular, e.g. IGCSE
  • Evidence of outstanding professional practice to include; attainment profile of students taught, personal profile of professional development, up to date and excellent subject knowledge Computer literacy and evidence of the use of ICT to support learning
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, good organization and coordination skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High integrity and ethical standards





Job Title: Director of Studies

Job Description
  • As Director of Studies, you will be a key member of the Senior Management team, and wilt ensure that all students are provided with the gold standard of education to unlock their academic potential.
  • You will also direct and oversee all students attainment and progress in conjunction with the Heads of Departments.
  • You will report directly to the Vice Principal (Academics).
Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum planning
  • Monitor quality of teaching and learning, attendance, and teachers professional standards
  • Evaluate academic attainment
  • Monitor the work, role and responsibilities of Head of Department; conduct lesson observations and teaching and learning assessment
  • Support heads of department and teachers by dealing promptly and professionally with concerns expressed by teachers regarding the academic progress of students
  • Efficiently communicate all aspects of students academic attainment to parents
  • Monitor the quality of reporting system
  • Ability to demonstrate and model exemplary practice in classroom delivery and mentor
  • colleagues as appropriate so as to enhance their teaching quality and effectiveness
Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies
  • A first degree or higher- BEd., BA, BSc, MA,MSC
  • A post graduate diploma in Education/Teaching qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years teaching experience to cover local and international curricular- IGCSE, SSCE
  • Evidence of outstanding professional practice in a reputable international school
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate teaching and learning outcomes
  • Excellent people and interpersonal skills
  • A dynamic and highly driven individual with strong communication and analytical skills
  • High sense of integrity and ethical standards


Job Title: Male and Female Life Guard
Location:
Lagos
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of students including ability to
  • provide rescue and care of water accident victims
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
  • Enforce all policies, procedure and regulations set by management
  • Administer first aid treatment to accident victims
  • Prevent accidents and eliminate hazardous conditions in and around the swimming pool area
  • Perform other support duties to the PHE department and as required by the school
Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies
  • Minimum of OND/IMCE in PHE
  • Life Saving Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate from State or National Red Cross Association
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
  • Swimming coaching certificates from National Institute of Sports
