Job Title: Accountant

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial information with the help of inputs from the finance team on time.
- Ensure the integrity of accounting information by verifying, allocating, posting and entering transactions.
- Prepare error-free accounting reports and their results.
- Conduct account reconciliation regularly on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Analyze the financial statements for any discrepancies and issues.
- Identify errors and take actions for improvement.
- Plan and assign duties to staff members.
- Manage and maintain general ledgers.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Develop financial procedures to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and summarize all the transaction reports and financial status which includes a balance sheet, profit & loss statement.
- Present financial reports to higher management and Accountants.
- Stay up to date knowledge of the latest business trends.
- Analyze inter company transactions, bank statements and generate invoices.
- Review accounting systems and make suggestions for improvements.
- Manage bookkeepers and other accountants.
- Assist in the department’s goal-setting process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Understanding of accounting software like Quickbooks, Tally ERP, etc.
- Proficient in MS Excel.

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Responsibilities
- Set, track, and maintain budget
- Devise and utilize fruitful sourcing strategies

- Initiate business and cultivate partnerships

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Title: Marketer
Location: Oyo

Responsibilities
- Design and develop all marketing strategies and programs; drive demand for our products with creative and innovative marketing practices
- Analyze new and existing marketing programs to determine effect on sales and augment marketing strategies as necessary
- Lead team of five marketing professionals to implement marketing programs on schedule and maintain detailed evaluations of the team’s work
- Work in tandem with the sales team to ensure our message is making it to market and evaluate consumers’ attitudes and feelings toward our products
- Act as a spokesperson for interactions with all news outlets and media, and represent the company at trade shows, industry events and conferences
- Oversee the production of all sales materials, including presentations, blog posts, advertisements and social media posts
- Write detailed plans for new product launches and manage implementation of launch plans
- Work to maintain strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on consumer and societal trends, researching the strategies of our competitors and making recommendations for changes to our own strategies.
Requirements
